Oxygen Awakening – Terms of Service

Welcome to Oxygen Awakening. By booking, attending, or participating in any Oxygen Awakening breathwork session, workshop, event, private session, or group experience (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Our Services

Oxygen Awakening provides guided 9D Breathwork experiences, including private sessions, group sessions, workshops, and wellness experiences designed to support emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and self-reflection.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility & Participant Responsibility

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
• You have reviewed any health contraindications provided by Oxygen Awakening.
• You will disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may impact your ability to safely participate.
• You understand that breathwork can involve emotional and physical responses.

If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, glaucoma, high blood pressure, or any other significant medical condition, you should seek medical advice before participation.

Oxygen Awakening reserves the right to decline participation where there may be safety concerns.

3. Bookings & Deposits

To secure a private session or group booking, a fixed booking deposit of $25 AUD is required.

This deposit reserves your booking time and assists with preparation, scheduling, venue allocation, and administration.

Deposit Policy

• The $25 booking deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date or for non-attendance (“no shows”).
• If a participant cancels more than 7 days before the booking date, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking at the discretion of Oxygen Awakening.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days prior may be accommodated subject to availability.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

4. Cancellations by Oxygen Awakening

If Oxygen Awakening cancels a session due to facilitator illness, venue issues, insufficient attendance, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

• A full refund of any amount paid; or
• A rescheduled booking; or
• Credit toward a future session.

5. Refund Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies where services:

• are not delivered as agreed;
• are not provided with due care and skill; or
• are substantially unfit for their intended purpose.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, missed appointments, or cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking.

Deposits

The $25 booking deposit is non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Participant Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and may result in full booking fees being retained where costs have already been incurred.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Oxygen Awakening.

6. Health Disclaimer

Breathwork experiences may involve emotional release, physical sensations, and altered states of awareness.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Results vary between individuals.
• Oxygen Awakening does not guarantee any specific emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual outcome.
• Participation is undertaken at your own discretion.

You agree to seek professional medical or mental health support where appropriate.

7. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Oxygen Awakening is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, or adverse outcome arising from participation in Services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Participants remain responsible for listening to their bodies and participating within their own limits.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for bookings, waivers, and health disclosures will be handled confidentially and used only for booking, safety, and service delivery purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Oxygen Awakening may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
